PetcoReviews of stores.petco.com

rude customer service, i called this morning because I placed a order 2 weeks ago and it s till hasn't shown up, and the woman i spoke with was very casual and talked to me like I was a friend. I normally would like this, but she was also extremely rude. After multiple transfers and being placed on hold my call time total was 22 minutes and they could not find any tracking for me. I was told their "system has been acting weird" and just told sorry call back another day.

Long story short, I made a purchase the promo offer did not get applied. I went into the store to pick up purchase and Jade the manager at Gulfcoast location in Fort Myers, was very helpful and continued to help me receive the discount through countless transfers. GREAT MANAGER! Very professional and helpful.

I wanted to say that Tiffany at the 59th and Beardsley store is the most amazing, helpful and caring employee. She knows her stuff and suggested the best stuff for our dogs and our bunnies.

I like the Vetco veterinarian service provided. They do not unfortunately give the vet an adequate room to work. They just stick her next to the fish tank with a small table. People line up close together so some pets may get disturbed by other pets. Pricing is attractive in spite of the way service is provided.

From online to in-store I'm seeing an increased experience where nothing is guaranteed for the customer. From trying to use their chatbot to trying to order something that should be delivered within a reasonable amount of time, their customer service just doesn't care. They follow a script and the script doesn't tell them anything and they just ask like the same dumb robot that couldn't answer my question to begin with. I've had orders sent to Kansas when I'm in Missouri I've had things show up damaged and I've had them just not care. Unfortunately this is true cross many companies but it needs to be known that this is one of them. So orders customer service and staff are all way below par. The technology that they're running does not help these people in any way and it certainly does not help the customer.

I've been going to Petco for years getting my 2 Golden Retrievers grooming services. should watch for aOn my last visit they asked if theyny changes. I mentioned that my one Golden had minor arthritis in back leg. They asked if she was getting medication and I said yes, an anti-inflammatory. They rejected her saying the Golden may be unstable and is a liability. We've been there at least 15 times with this anti-inflammatory and never had a problem. They said "The rules are the rules" and no exceptions. Unless another co-worker will do it. I did find another groomer with a different company- no problem. They need to disclose this rule when you set up the appointment so they don't waste your time.

We took the cat to Petco urgent care , possible uti . The cat was neutered about a year ago . They said the cat was not neutered , and wanted to neuter the cat . We brought the cat home and took him to the people that neutered him , and it was confirmed they neutered him . Petco wanted to charge us to neuter a cat that was already neutered.

My dog was recently diagnosed with pancreatic insufficiency. We went with the vet recommendation for medication and food. This particular food is hard to source, but available on Petco online. I had ordered 2 cases, uncertain of how long it would last. I realized we were down to two cans and placed an order online. Completely my fault, I did not inquire about expedited shipping during the check out process. Once I realized this, I called the toll free number and spoke to a representative who immediately reached out to the warehouse to ensure my fur baby food would be expedited (at no extra charge must I say). I was delighted with the empathy and customer service received.
