rude customer service, i called this morning because I placed a order 2 weeks ago and it s till hasn't shown up, and the woman i spoke with was very casual and talked to me like I was a friend. I normally would like this, but she was also extremely rude. After multiple transfers and being placed on hold my call time total was 22 minutes and they could not find any tracking for me. I was told their "system has been acting weird" and just told sorry call back another day.

I am a regular saltwater fisher buyer . On Nov 13 at 7:15 I purchased a shrimp from Ty . Upon get the shrimp from the tank it . Fell. . He said it would be fine. He died that night. I call the store spoke with Ty. He couldn’t resolve my problem. I ask for mgr. he said he was but refuse to make good on the shrimp he dropped He was complaining of being tired at work. He seems to be a nice guy and very helpful but I drive 80 miles to buy fish from them . I will be shopping around

I’ve been to this store three times to buy fish, and every time I got tired of waiting. No one came to help me, even after I asked for assistance. Very poor customer service.

Pésimo servicio de entrega, usan empresa Llegó. Se demoran 4 días en despachar, no entregan en conserjería de edificio, devuelven el producto a su bodega, y luego otra semana para volver a despachar o 20 días HABILES para devolver dinero. NO compren acá

Me registre para las promociones de mi mascota 🐕 compré en línea alimento para mi perrito 20 Kg al pasar de los días aparecía en la aplicación entregado el mismo día cosas que no fue verdad, al comunicarme a su línea de atención me dijeron ya había sido entregado mi producto por lo que te comenté era falso, me dijo no ya se te entrego hasta que aclare que la entrega el mismo día era solo local y mi compra fue foránea, checaron y hasta el día siguiente después de casi una semana se me entrego mi compra, checaron el error pero ni una disculpa por la tardanza o por decirme que me tía al pedir mi producto.

Other than having the hard-to-find product in stock, Petco and the experience I had with them was rough. Customer service has no idea what they're doing and their tracking methods are from the Oregon Trail days. When I finally did get my product, the follow up call I was supposed to have received from a local store was never made. I'm not one to seek out a store that is supposed to follow up with me either. Moving forward, I'm looking elsewhere. The only reason for the second star is, again, the fact that they had my product in stock, which was a difficult one to find. Hopefully they can turn their act around and become the brand they once were.
