ho acquistato cuffie Sony HDR-HW300K dopo alcuni mesi hanno presentato dei problemi e mi sono recato al centro assistenza di Bergamo. In poco tempo mi hanno sostituito le cuffie con il modello al top della gamma senza alcun addebito. Fantastico prodotto, assistenza eccezionale e cortese, resterò sempre un cliente Sony.

Had issues with my Rx100 3 with a sticky shutter. Sony fixed it but took forever sending my camera back.

Terrible customer service. Their phone software is bugged and refuses to admit fault. Their response is "have you factory reset your device?". I had factory reset my device twice and still no improvement, nothing but an inconvenience. I would not recommend buying another Sony device after this service.

I purchased a Sony mp3 player NW-A26hn!! This mp3 player is great.but Sony outsourced there customer service to the Philippines. Trying to experience or express yourself is almost like talking to a wall. They speak english but can't process English. I have a Sony mp3 player I purchased 3 years ago. I can transfer my Playlist and all my music from windows media player. On my new one you have to download sonys software called media go to transfer your Playlist which is a major inconvenience. I had to use my intelligence to figure this out myself. Sony and their customer service wasn't helpful. They don't totally understand English.

Hard to navigate at times

Sony products always make me shine. I will always support sony products. Hope sony can get rid of the development of the crisis and bottlenecks.
