Sony products but mostly their televisions stand in a class of their own, when most brands have thrown away the concepts of build quality and consistency they did not give in to the easy trend of component and panel lotteries even at expense to their supply chain and maximizing their bottom line, the only place they are falling quickly is in software choice, I think it's ok to build custom solutions and not integrate an operating system into every device, and software issues should never get in the way of or impede hardware functions but nobody is getting that balance right.

Had no issues, fairly smooth experience. thanks.

Pessimo servizio clienti.

Paid £250 for a gtk xb7 speaker just over a year ago, 2 months after guarantee run out it just switched off. Rang Sony and was told I could send it in but they wanted £25 just to look at it then any costs to fix it. They told me it was a software problem on the board (honest guy) but seems to be a money maker for them... just saying This seems to happen as others have said. Disgusted at paying that price and have no comeback on it. Will never touch another Sony product.

The PS4 Pro I bought for my son was great and he was very happy about this gift!!!

Most companies let you know before they auto renew items, Not Sony they have randomly taken £50 from my PayPal account without informing me beforehand. They are making it REALLY tough to get a refund for something I never asked for right before Christmas when I need the money.

Johannes Sallmann
