It was awesome. On time and great service.

Starting from the beginning, Buying the item from their website was easy enough. But after the item was purchased was when the issues started. The item arrived after quite a while of waiting, A lot longer then i was expecting but still. Once the item arrived, it was well packaged and boxed, very professional. But the item was not as expected, so we wanted to return the item, take into account it have never even been plugged in or used, literally opened the box and re-boxed the item. After days of trying to contact the customer support, in every way to figure out how to return the package, due to the fact that there is no returns option on the website or emails or any links for support on returns. I finally was responded to, which was a worry as you are only given a small time frame to return the item if it is not what you want. Once i had contact with someone the responses were very poor, and far between. This was then the start of more issues. It turns out that if you want to return an item, you need to then pay (Or loose from your refund) 8% for a re-stocking fee..... 8% is a large amount. You also loose the cost of the postage that you pay for during the order, which was an additional £16.99. You then also have to pay for the postage back, which for an item just over 2kg is quite a bit of money. You also have to send the item back with a multitude of paperwork and copies of emails and order details and information. (Jumping through a lot of hoops just to get my money back which was now gone from £311 cost of the order + Postage = 327.99 to a refund cost of £278.33, plus the cost of postage of an additional £5.99) total loss of nearly £60 !!!!! But the operator informed me to choose the cheapest option for the return, which we did. which didn't come with a tracking code. So we sent the package away with the expected delivery of 2 days. fast forward 2 weeks later and multiple emails back and forth from the company, they wont process the refund without the package, and are asking for the tracking number which we did not have. They had asked the warehouse to check for the package but could not find it and informed me to either provide a tracking number or wait, and to contact the mailing company i used to chase the part up. Finally we go the refund, but it took 3 weeks, a lot of stress and the cost of the privilege to open a box and close it cost me just short of £60........ We were going to but a different model originally from this company but after the awful customer service and horrific terms and conditions. we will steer clear. I don't usually write reviews but i feel it is my duty to try and protect other people from the same situation. Unprofessional customer service, Unprofessional company ethics especially in this day and age. Stay away. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!! The product may be brilliant to use, But the company is not brilliant to work with.

Awesome! Ordering to Delivery - Effortlessly efficient

I bought Huion H420 writing pad for my daughter to help her to prepare her college coursework. It is a very good device to make graphics and writing inputs very easily and efficicently. The Huion customer service team is super responsive and quick to address product issue experienced. Definitely will buy the products again and recommend their products to friends. Thank you very much Huion!

Horrible Customer Support and sneaky prices... Ended up buying refurbished old technology which they priced higher than new pen displays... I understand they try making money from trash, but no fair way of promoting products that are outdated without letting you know.. Customer Support was also really bad. No knowledge what they sell and also kind of rude. Anyways many good companies with equal and better performance out there like xp pen and wacom, dont bother with this company.

They helped me fix my Huion Windows activation and it was finished in minutes. Mere seconds. :3

Excellent in all aspects!

I ordered a screen protector for my Kamvas 13 and it came in warped. It was easy to find and contact support who replied promptly and sent me a replacement. I didn't have to pay shipping again or anything like that and it came in just as quickly as any other order from them.
