I watch people doing huion tablet reviews; honestly, I know I must get it for Christmas. After I tested the tablet, the screen was smooth while wearing the gloves and the express keys had a nice touch. The one thing I was worried about was the display issues but thanks to the huion customer support for fixing the issue since I use mostly PC. Overall, It was satisfying enough for my back support and a really good tablet.

Sehr unprofessionell, die Ware wurde circa ein Monat später geliefert, obwohl das Geld gleich beim Bestellung vom Paypal gebucht wurde! Weiters ich habe kein Rechnung bekommen und auch kein Antwort nach mehreren Versuchen der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support erhalten!

Some time ago, I purchased an Inspiroy H580X tablet for 42 euros during a sale. After about 20 days, there was no new tracking information available. Upon reaching out to customer support, they informed me that the initial parcel was declared lost. Fortunately, they promptly sent a replacement, and the process went smoothly. When the tablet arrived, I noticed that the customs value was declared as the full price of 50 euros. This resulted in additional taxes, which was unexpected as, per the laws of my country, I shouldn't have been charged taxes for the initial order. I brought this to their attention, and they kindly agreed to reimburse me for half of the tax amount. I am sincerely grateful for their cooperation and professionalism throughout this experience. I would like to specifically commend Evence X for their exemplary handling of my case.

My experience with Huion's support teams was really amazing! I bought the Kanvas Pro 16" 4K Plus almost two years ago and them the screen started flickering out of the blue, them I just contacted the support for help and the person that contacted me was such a nice person and after sending some pictures and videos from the problem, they sent me a brand new replacement unity. Took like a couple of weeks to ship from China to Brazil and I'm already using the replacement without any issue. This is my second Display tablet from Huion, the first was Kanvas 13 that was also really good and never had any issues, after this Kanvas Pro 16" 4K Plus, I'll probably go for a 24"in the future :)

Had a Huion Kamvas 12 for a few months before my 18yo little brother unplugged it for a bit while using my pc, and when I tried to use it next, it wouldn't connect as a screen anymore. I contacted support via email, and recieved a reply 3 days later asking for serial number and a short video showcasing the issue. The support agent Jane was very professional and solved my issue within a day, as it was just a case of an incorrect plug placement! Very happy with the support I recieved, and very happy with the product as well!

Tengo la Huion Kamvas 13 GS-1331, la pantalla se raya extremandamente facil y al ser pantalla esas marcas van afectando mas y mas a la hora de pintar o esculpir. No tiene sentido que la calidad del vidrio y/o de la pen sean tan malos en una marca tan profesional.
