Outstanding costumer support
I had an issue where, upon upgrading my Linux distribution, the tablet driver stopped detecting the movement of the pen when hovering, despite the tablet functioning properly on other OS. After contacting Huion, I had some back and forth with Susan from their Support Team and Huion released an update to the driver that completely solved the issue. All of this within three business days and for an OS that is generally ignored by most companies. Very satisfied.

Exceptional customer support and incredibly fast turnaround
I recently spotted a strange bug where the driver for my H640P tablet was showing up as taking 22GB of storage in Windows. I reached out to Huion support to explain the registry error, and their response was absolutely brilliant. They did not just send an automated reply. Instead, they took the technical details on board and generated a new, fixed firmware for me in just a couple of days! The incredibly short turnaround time really blew me away. It is so rare to see a company's support team listen to user feedback and deploy a fix that quickly. Top tier customer service and highly recommended!

I bought a new drawing display table of…
I bought a new drawing display table of Kamvas 13 gen 3 from amazon.com. But the tablet turned out to be faulty not responsive for pen. This is not amazon replacement product but a manufacturer's. Official Huion Team, (Orliza for mention). helped me in the situation and did trouble shooting remotely. suspecting faulty cable, they sent me a cable all the way from Hong Kong as the stock in India in not available at that moment. I received it and again the table is not responsive for the pen. Then they sent me a replacement one from Amazon. I am happy by the way they served and took quick actions. speedy response and polite.

Purchased their Kamvas Pro 16 GT156 and…
Purchased their Kamvas Pro 16 GT156 and there is not a single driver available for it. Of course that now makes it unusable. No way to contact over the phone and I need this issue resolved ASAP. Why sell a product if it can not be used???

Quick, friendly, and Transparent
I use Throne so that viewers can send me gifts, one of those gifts were some felt nibs. Upon arrival I realized they were the wrong ones and didn't fit my pen. My ticket was responded to very quickly and the friendliness along with the transparency in all explanations really helped me be comfortable that the replacement item was going to be the correct one, and they are! I also still have the initial wrong ones and will be giving them away to whichever artist friend I have that happens to have a matching pen for them.

I bought the kamvas 16 v2 for my…
I bought the kamvas 16 v2 for my daughter’s birthday in April. She’s very into art and it looked like the perfect gift. I ran into a bit of trouble setting it up for use with my MacBook. Fortunately, I recieved fantastic customer service and was able to resolve the issues. It is working great now and my daughter is thoroughly enjoying it.
