I purchased two items via Groupon and…
I purchased two items via Groupon and agreed to pay extra for quicker shipping. I received an email from Hookahtown stating I owe $4.95 but there is no way to pay it. I've attempted to contact support for 2 days straight now. Their recording states they are open for call between 10 AM - 5 PM but no one ever answers. I've also initiated a chat off hookahtown.com 2 days in a row and no one ever responds. At this point I feel I have been scammed and am trying to get my money back.
