Ordered Dec. 29, “awaiting fulfillment” Dec 30. Contacted on Wednesday Jan 4 and was told item was fulfilled and waiting to ship as of Tuesday Jan 3. Said I would check back in couple days. Friday checked, no response. Mon Jan 9 requested a cancel/refund. Response claims items are not in stock until Wednesday. Asked for cancel/refund due to lies and no effort to actually fulfill order. Horrible.

purchased the hive 2.0 and the pre loaded cartridges I have do not even fit in and the ones that came with do not register that they are in there so it does not work waist of money would not recommend

Hey Timothy, When it comes to concealed devices, not all are created equal. The size of the receptacle is an important feature for many people. If you received a defective unit we will surely take care of you. Regarding the size of the receptacle we would be glad to offer you an upgrade to a device with a wider receptacle , e.g. the Yocan Uni or the VapeBrat Special Agent which has the widest receptacle of any concealed device. I purchased two items via Groupon and agreed to pay extra for quicker shipping. I received an email from Hookahtown stating I owe $4.95 but there is no way to pay it. I've attempted to contact support for 2 days straight now. Their recording states they are open for call between 10 AM - 5 PM but no one ever answers. I've also initiated a chat off hookahtown.com 2 days in a row and no one ever responds. At this point I feel I have been scammed and am trying to get my money back.

Horrible beyond disappointed they don’t give u the true value of the mystery box that you paid for few items defective I contacted them and never got a reply back !!!!
