I bought 2 packs of Breeze atomizers with 5 in a pack. 1 pack had only 3 in it. It was obvious that the pack had been opened. How did they not see that? You need better quality control.

purchased the hive 2.0 and the pre loaded cartridges I have do not even fit in and the ones that came with do not register that they are in there so it does not work waist of money would not recommend

Hey Timothy, When it comes to concealed devices, not all are created equal. The size of the receptacle is an important feature for many people. If you received a defective unit we will surely take care of you. Regarding the size of the receptacle we would be glad to offer you an upgrade to a device with a wider receptacle , e.g. the Yocan Uni or the VapeBrat Special Agent which has the widest receptacle of any concealed device.
