I ordered the KISS vape and a cartridge from VapeBrat and the shipment came in very quickly - I even got a free leash! I received the incorrect color vape so I notified VapeBrat and didn’t hear back but was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement free of charge in just a few days!! The only negative thing to say is that they don’t accept online payment but customer service and quality of product makes up for this.

Added expedited shipping to my groupon and expedited shipping isn't any faster than normal, so it was a waste of $7.95. The product arrived and is working just fine.
