Absolutely dreadful. My 15 year old daughter ordered the wrong size hoodie, cancelled the order 7 hours later when she realised. They took her money £90 but cancelled the delivery. Only a bot replies to emails unhelpfully. Useless customer service. Don’t buy here. I’ll update this review if the money is returned.

Ordered a white hoodie and cloche that should have been shipped on the 28th of November and have now been informed that it won’t be available until the 30th of January. Supposed to be my daughter’s Christmas present. Will never use them again.

if i could rate it as 0 stars i would. my nephew who is a big fan bought their $120 jacket and in less then a week of just one trip to the washing machine once, its torn in the back from one side to the other like a Cheap paper towel-ripoff, after my sister sent in an email asking for another one with screen shots they simply replied they cannot do anything about their faulty product that they sent stating it is not their fault. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE! Men’s Antora Jacket $110.00 save urself some time your welcome

Ordered paint splatter cd back in May. I received an empty CD case. I have contacted them many times and have never received the cd or a refund. Wish I would’ve checked here first.
