Do not buy from this site. Bought the gold necklace and it came tarnished, even though it ended up costing me $200 AUD. I sent photos and an email to the company and now they want me to send it back and pay the shipping. They are so horrible to deal with and there is no customer service. Stay very far away from this site

Very unprofessional. I ordered the newest parfume. Paid a lot for postage UK, they missed my order and if I disnt ask Id just lose 174dollars. There was a freebie with the order which I didn't receive as they missed my order. Product wise -nice scent but doesn't last more than 1h on anybody

No communication. Ordered 28th July. At no point was told not in stock. Then after money taken was told shipping 11th August but no delivery date. Has not shipped yet now the 14th. Sent two emails requesting a date. All I have had are automatic AI replies asking me to wait for them to reply. Do not use this store wait for a retailer you trust to get the merchandise. Asking for a refund now will review how that goes.

So i ordered a hmhas poster for 40 and i expect at least a poster that is actual poster size. This one is a little bit bigger than my head.. i also ordered friendship necklaces for 90 and they came half rusted. Like they have water damage or something. I did not expect this from the original website at all, and i’m very disappointed. The 2 stars is because mine didn’t take as long as others say even though it had to come from the other side of the world basically for me. It was here in like 2 weeks so at least that’s nice.

ordered a jersey yesterday and made sure to get next day delivery because i need it for the weekend. got shipped out today to dpd! haven’t got it from dpd yet but the actual store shipped it to them very quickly which is great to see.

They are only selling damaged and fake products. Ordered two necklaces, one of them is damaged the other is visibly fake. Stupid response from support, money never refunded. STAY AWAY

Birthday party passed, than Christmas Eve, than New Year. Took over two months - Europe to Europe shipping - to get just a part of my order (the rest cancelled without asking). uk shop at universalmusic c o m keeps on sayin it's all good, simple overpriced t-shirts just need couple of months to grow big enough to be shipped, be patient, silly.

ordered a couple of things on 28th Nov said they were in stock. its 10th dec they still have not sent them! same rubbish reply about how busy they are. don't order anything for xmas as you just won't get it. if they can't manage to send Nov orders what hope does anyone have of getting it before xmas
