So i ordered a hmhas poster for 40 and i expect at least a poster that is actual poster size. This one is a little bit bigger than my head.. i also ordered friendship necklaces for 90 and they came half rusted. Like they have water damage or something. I did not expect this from the original website at all, and i’m very disappointed. The 2 stars is because mine didn’t take as long as others say even though it had to come from the other side of the world basically for me. It was here in like 2 weeks so at least that’s nice.

The product is absolutely not worth the price. Heartbeat Black Hoodie made of poor material with a $5 picture stuck on it. In Bangladesh it was produced for $5, in the US it was sold for $140. It's sad that such a famous singer Billie Eilish brands herself with such trash for such money. But this is how fortunes are made ! Delivery to Europe took 2 months !

I LOVE Billie and all of the merch I've received has been great... But the release date is rarely right. Adding months to the expected time you're supposed to get it. I'm waiting on stuff I ordered ages ago which is really disappointing For the price it's a shame that it can be so unreliable :(

To my surprise: It took nearly two months, but today my parcel arrived. Still no reply to any of my emails, but very happy I got what I what I ordered. Earlier I wrote: No product and no answer on any of my emails. Reading all of the stories below, I fear my money is gone too. It should have been a great surprise for my daughter, instead it's one big disappointment. I will not shop here again, or at least use my credit card, so you can get your money back.

Wish I wasn't so hasty to order merch for my daughter and took the time to read reviews, which I usually do on websites I'm uncertain of. I ordered a jumper and a cd, the jumper arrived about 2 weeks later, however the CD is missing. I've sent an email to customer services but still haven't had any sort of response, its been almost 2 weeks since the 1st email now. I wish there was just a contact number to ring! I'd stay clear tbh there seems to be more negative reviews than positive.
