Best service and security I've seen in any storage

Secured a place for our camper trailer over the phone. We were very pleased when we showed up that the entire process was effortless. Great job considering we were 1200 miles away. Many thanks. No hesitation in recommending this location.

The property manager is incredibly friendly, easy to work with and accommodating. He was able to get us the best possible deal which was very reasonable. Whenever I called I was always able to get through immediately and was greeted courteously. I 100% would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage facility. When we moved out we were not charged for the next month even though we hadn't given the required notice. We weren't sure when we would get everything out so I wasn't able to give a full notice and although we could have been charged we weren't. If we ever need to use a storage facility again I would use this facility again without hesitation.

Left my sunglasses in Penske rental truck I returned. Called 3-4 times, no answer. Finally left voicemail; no call back after 3 days. Finally got someone to answer the phone. "Yes, they're here. I couldn't remember which truck I got them out of." There were TWO trucks in the lot; but she couldn't be bothered with looking up/calling 2 renters?! I go to pick them up, and the lady (Storage King employee) is standing outside visiting with 2 people in a golf cart. She sees me park but ignores me as I walk into the office. No one else inside. I wait a minute or 2 and watch her through the window as she continues to chat. I see my glasses on the back counter and pick them up myself. As I walk out the door she continues to ignore me. I'm guessing this is how she spends most of her work time and why the phone goes unanswered. Storage King as a whole may be great, but you were poorly represented by the woman on duty at 942 Capital Circle SW, Tallahassee at 3 p.m. on 2/27/17. I chose this facility because I could also return a rental truck there. Had I known the SK employee didn't give a flip, I would've gone elsewhere!

I love the accessibility, the staff, everything.

The management and staff are the best. They are always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and easy to access. Couldn't ask for better.
