The customer service is phenomenal .......
The customer service is phenomenal and their rates can't be beat. The location is awesome and so easy to find. The storage facility and business office is beautiful and clean and very well maintained.

Staff was rude
Staff was rude, unhelpful, only one step from confrontational. Reviews had mentioned a truck available to use. Asked about it and was told it was in the shop, and it was implied I should know it.

The employes are the best
The employes are the best! Always assisting and helping. They are the best part of this company. I rented a storage after move from Florida and then offered me an excelent service!
