Stop-Over StoreReviews of stopoverstore.com

The Stop-Over Store exceeded my expectations in delivering a suitcase I ordered. I got my suitcase cheaper, because of free shipping, than if I ordered the suitcase directly from the manufacturer. I'm very pleased.

This was the second time I have ordered through the Stop-Over Store. My order of TravelPro luggage was handled smoothly, shipped fast and at a good price.

After 8 years hauling my Travelpro all over the world, it was still performing strong, but starting to look a little tired. I decided to get myself a new one and retire the old one as a back up. After a lot of positive reviews, I decided on the Crew 4 model. It is all I expected and more and I received it within a few days.

I needed new wheels for my suitcase, was able to easily find a pair on web page at a very good price. Was not 100% sure which to order so I called. Call was answered by a human and she quickly answered my questions and completed order. Delivered as promised.

The site was easy to use and received my order in 3 days!! The only thing I would have them change is have more/better detailed pictures for some of their bags!!

Fast shipping and got exactly what I ordered!

Easy on line ordering. Sweater good quality and size chart was accurate. Excellent shipping. I will definitely purchase future products!

We received our replacement wheels for my wife's 26" Travel Pro bag. They fit perfectly. Jeff was such a pleasure to speak with regarding these wheels. He walked be through an identification process to make sure we got the correct wheels. I installed them in 10 minutes with no problem. I would recommend the Stop-Over Store to anyone looking for assistance or a replacement travel bag. Thank you Jeff!
