I've purchased replacement wheels for my Travel Pro luggage on two occasions from the Stop-Over store. I've been very satisfied both times. The new wheels are smoother and quieter than the originals. Shipping is fast too. A+

Good selection of products but once I paid for my order there was no follow up. I didn't know that my handle had shipped but not my suitcase. I tried to track my suitcase online but ran into a dead end on the website

I ordered a pair of roller wheels for a TravelPro suitcase. The Stop Over Store had the parts and they were delivered in a few days. No problems.

It was so simple. I went on-line, picked out my bag, spent a few minutes filling out the form and it was shipped to my house in a couple of days. That simple.

Just received this wheeled carry on a couple days ago. So far, love it...lots of space in the interior compartment...and expandable if needed. Substantial outer pockets for various accessories. Laptop, iPad, books, magazines, iPod, etc.,...can all be stored in those places. This bag will COMFORTABLY hold all your belongings for a 4 - day pairing. Appears this far to be very durable and strong...with style! Well made bag! MUCH more space then the status quo metal and plastic typical pilot bags that always look beat up after some use... I personally don't like those bags and wanted something different. This bag addressed that need. Jeff, with customer service at crew outfitters (stop over store), was awesome in helping me choose the correct wheeled luggage for my needs.

My husband retired from Boeing and his trusty baseball cap was looking worn. His new cap is good quality, and I cannot believe how quickly it arrived. This is my one and only experience with the Stop-Over Store, but if this is indicative of their customer service, I have no reservations about recommending them.
