Ordered shoes that were not in the store in my size. Shipped the next day and arrived as promised.

Got everything I ordered on time. I had a question about one item, customer service was prompt and knowlegable.....no isuues at all.

Recently order pilot epaulet from Stop-Over. I am not their first time customer... over all they are my top of lists when it comes to pilot supply.. I ordered roller bag etc in the past.. fast prompt service.. not a single bad thing i can say about them.. this time little different story. when I search pilot epaulets, three pictures popped up.. it appears to be all same 4 stripe bar with 3 different price category so I picked cheapest among three and picked base color and stripe color. few days later, epaulets came... open up.. "surprise.. it has only two stripe... so I went back to their website... sure it has still same three category with all same 4 stripe epaulet pictures with three different price... so what did i missed??.. read fine line.. it says (four, three, two stripes.. with three different price) don't let picture fool you.. so I say, why in the hell, put same 4 stripes in all three pics when it is clearly three different items.. ( yeah who to blame.. I didn't read fine print..) called them next day, replacement is coming but I had to pay my own to ship the other item back to them.... READ THE FINE PRINT PEOPLE..

The Travelpro FlightCrew4 22" expandable rollaboards look solid, love the features. They came a day early. Price is fantastic. Will shop at Stop Over Store again...

As easy place to buy quality travel cases. Both my wife and I have FlightCrew4 rollaboard cases from Stop-Over.

I fly for a small 135 operator and spend at least 200 nights on the road each year, along with four days spent airlining around each month. My old roller-bag was a no-name brand that I had been using for about 9 months. Two out of the four rollers were ground down to nubs after 6 months and I had to resort to pulling it around with it tipped forward to use the remaining two good wheels. It was a pain in the ass, the thing was heavy and too big to fit in the carry-on storage on CRJs and ERJs, meaning I almost always had to gate-check my bag everywhere I went. Bleh. Last Thursday I ordered the 22" TravelPro roller-bag and finally got to use it on the road today. It's a dream! It rolls effortlessly wherever I want it to go, it looks great and even though it measures a little smaller than my old bag it still holds all of my stuff (enough clothes for 8 days on the road, no less)!. I've only used it for a day but its been wonderful so far. Thanks for making my work life that much easier!

I ordered wheels for my TravelPro rolling garment bag based on the description of them on this site. They did not even come close to fitting. My bag has wheels that are cut out to make way for additional bearings and the wheels I received were nothing more than skate wheels that were the correct diameter. There was no way I could make them fit.
