I'm sure that the case (LuggageWorks 22" Executive Pilot Bag, Standard with Side Pockets) I bought will be great because my son has one and has used it for two trips to Europe with total satisfaction. The response time was unbelievable for an item of this size. I will have to hold my opinion on the personalized handle cover until it gets here.

Wheels were delivered on schedule and came exactly as advertised.

Like the web site, fact they included extras, and delivery of my suitcase. Nothing not to like!

They advertise a free handle wrap and name tag for the stealth air bag, however the handle wrap is actually just the one that already came on the bag from the manufacturer. Therfore its just a gimmick to get you to buy from them. I called customer service to inquire and they offered no explanation other than to agree with me that they didn't know why it was advertised that way either. She did inform me I could get a custom handle wrap for $12.99 extra. My advice just buy from the manufacturer directly, its the same price and if anything goes wrong with the product you can just send it back to them without the middle man. The bag is great however and shipping was quick.

I've always had great experiences with the Stop-Over-Store in the past, but due to a recent delivery issue, I've realized that the Customer Service is truly EXCEPTIONAL with Stop-Over-Store!! Quick attention to correct my address errors with a 100% positive attitude!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I ordered a new roller bag 4 days befor Christmas hoping to have it on Christmas day! The bag arrived in 3 days and is perfect! This is the Second Travelpro Roller bag I have purchased from the Stopover Store and I love both of them.
