the part was not correct for my bag. I needed to buy additional hardware to get the wheels to work. Better description would have helped. Service was prompt

The "Stop Over Store" had the best price on the Travel Pro suitcase I wanted as well as free shipping. I also travel frequently through IAH where they have a showroom so future needs or issues are easy to address.

I've been using luggage works for nine years now, it's always a great product. The stopover store made it easy, great price quick mailing. Cannot get much better.

This is the 2nd one I purchase. It's made opening the soda cans on the plane so much easier. I no longer get small cuts or broken nails when working. I only wish they had them in silver instead of gold. The item was package carefully and received quickly.

i rate them with 5 stars because the assistant that answered the phone was truly helpful. He seemed to care about me and my order and how much it meant for me to get the right thing.

Placing my order was easy and the delivery time was quick. Very satisfy.

i ordered some replacement wheels for my roller board. They had what I needed and the site had good information to allow me to choose the right wheel size. Good price and shipped fast.

Ordered this bag on January 30th. The bag arrived, nicely packaged, on February 5th. That's fast shipping! The only grumble I have is that even though UPS sent me tracking information, their tracking information does not include the name of the sender, only the city where the package originates. The Stop-Over Store could look into the policy of sending an email notifying the purchaser that their package is on the way to them, and include the tracking information. Redundant, maybe, but free, and removes questions (and maybe a phone call, i.e.: time) for the purchaser and the Stop-Over Store.
