Delivered exactly as stated; great service and quality

It was a great experience. I ordered a piece of luggage on a Friday night. By Sunday there was still no tracking information so I sent an email to the stop over store. I got a call and a voice message explains politely that the piece would ship Monday and a tracking number would be generated. I loved the personal response. I'll shop here again. The luggage arrived quickly. It was what I ordered and in good shape.

The web site is easy to maneuver and purchasing a FlightCrew4 bag was easy. The bag arrived when it was suppose to. So far, nothing out of the expected behavior of an e-commerce site. He responded quickly and had no problem with me returning the bag and sending out the new bag. Greg made sure the whole process went smoothly and he was courteous the entire step of the way.
