This program is unlike anything I’ve tried before and Craig is simply amazing. I’m learning so much about how to really keep that poison out of my life. While googling AA on you-tube, I found Craig Beck. Needless to say I am beyond Thankful! Thank you sir. I am now 12 days alcohol free. I felt trapped in a horrible loop of drinking. I hated myself in the morning for drinking - feeling horrible - and then by 5:00 I was so anxious I would start again. I hid bottles from my husband and lied to him about it. I tried AA and hated it. I did not believe in the 12 step program and I did not believe I was a loser and did not want to be branded an alcohol. I could stop for months and then would go back. I found the book Alcohol Lied to Me and started seeing everything in a different way. I signed up for Craig Becks on-line course and I have been truly amazed at what I am learning about this addictive drug and how much I no longer want this poison in my life and stop losing precious time with my family and loved ones. The members facebook page you get with this course is amazing. I found I was not alone - there are so many people going through the same thing - and everyone is so supportive. I now have a positive outlook for my future. Thank you Craig Beck.

Just finished Lesson 1. It was very informative and I'm hopeful for a sober outcome. A lot of information to let sync in. Like the way the course is outlined. Craig is a great speaker and gives some interesting analogies. Agree with negative connection to the word alcoholic. This terms is why a lot of people don't get help.

I have already starting to learn how alcohol has taken over me and life on just Lesson 2. I look forward to the help in this program to take away my dependency of alcohol and have a great, bright future!
