This completely changed my perspective on alcohol. It helped me rewire my brain to see it from a different perspective. This is the first and only thing that helped me to stop after 30 plus years of heavy problem drinking. Life changing.

AA wasn’t a fit for me. Craig Beck’s approach to quit drinking hit home with me. After an ah ha moment, aka rock bottom, I now attach more pleasure to the way I feel by NOT drinking rather than drinking. It has been much easier for me this way. I don’t use will power, (which has no power) I just make it my choice not to drink and I have never felt better. Sober and living in the moment! I highly recommend this book

Everything that is mentioned is correctly how I feel. So I feel like I am in the right place.

The program is well laid out and easy to use. I am getting a foundation to build on, after completing lesson 2.

I found Craig funny, informative and at times scarily honest, which is the kick up the backside that I need. He doesn't overwhelm you with Science like some other programs do but does say things in a way that makes you stop and think.
