Love Craig Beck! If you truly want to change your drinking habits, then make it your new habit to listen to his message every day. It takes time to break habits and form new ones, especially when it comes to rewiring the brain from the "rewards" of drinking. Listen to him daily and before long, he will help you to re-boot your thinking into believing the truth (and the LIE) about alcohol. Don't give up... just keep doing the right thing. He tell you the truth about alcohol
He tell you the truth about alcohol. All of the excuses we use. The clown in our head. How long it takes for alcohol to get out of our body. He makes his books easy to read. His hypnosis sets are equally awesome. The best money I have spent.!

Happy I found this program
I tried many times to stop drinking and failed until this program. It is based on scientific facts about addiction and not about will power. Makes you understand the chemical process that is addiction.
