I haven’t received any information regarding a request I made for damages to some items damaged upon receiving it. My email sent Dec 28th 2 follow up emails were sent to no avail. It breaks my heart not being able to host my guests with this beautiful set of dishes

Great product well packed for shipping I like that when I warm something up in the microwave the handles don't get hot
