Packed well - better than expected

Excellent customer service and product.

Dishes are great, but quality control is a bit lax. About 3 out of 8 dinner plates don't stack flat on top of the others. Same story for the smaller salad plates, but the bowls and cups have no issues.

The dishes I ordered came securely packaged in a timely fashion. They were exactly what I hoped they would be. Pretty yet sturdy.

Well I informed Stone-Lain that one plate was broken, they ask what part was damaged so so they could send a replacement part, I thought nothing of but did say they could give me a refund. But to send it back cost me is own known so can you just send me another plate the larger, and by the way plate is way to small but I over looked circumference of the plate.

These dishes are perfect and the quality is amazing

Some of the plates had white specks on them, but otherwise i love them
