My cup was broken when it arrived.

The set is beautiful and reasonably priced and shipped quickly, however there are some imperfections in some of the pieces that are a bit frustrating. That is my only complaint, but because they are fired into the plates and bowls there isn’t anything I can do to remove them. I understand pottery has its variants but this could have been avoided with more scrutinized quality control procedures from the manufacturer.

The packaging was secure and I wasn’t in a hurry, so they came fast enough. I wish they were blacker. A deep black. I don’t think I will find any, so these are fine.

I really wish there were "accessories" to purchase that matched the dishes such as sugar bowl; creamer; serving bowls. And the dishes appear to get marks if someone scrapes their fork on them while eating or if they cut their food with a knife.

I really like the overall look and style of the Stone + Lain dishware set—it feels modern and elevates the table nicely. The pieces are sturdy and have a good weight to them, which makes them feel high quality. That said, I did notice a few blemishes on some of the plates. On one of the bottoms, it was chipped and there were a few blemishes on top of the plates that were rough, which was disappointing. Another thing I wasn’t expecting is that the silverware leaves visible marks on the dishes after use, and it happens across all the pieces. It doesn’t affect functionality, but it does take away from the pristine look. Even with those issues, the set is still beautiful and practical. Just be aware of those small imperfections if you’re looking for flawless finishes.

The dishes arrived in perfect condition. No damage. Great looking set. One issue had I known prior to purchasing is the dishes scratch easily. Tried to remove the scratches according to instructions listed on the website but to no avail.

Great selection , beautiful pieces Delivery sucks with this company , you never get an update they take forever to ship. And at times you don’t know their shipping carrier. Then one your product just shows up!!

Only three of the four was intact. The fourth one was broken.
