I thought I ordered 1 large coffee cup…
I thought I ordered 1 large coffee cup - instead I got four small ones I didn't need, although I loved the design. It took a couple days to hashout how to send it back for a refund.

The dinnerware set is beautiful but it is extremely prone to scratching. Rather disappointed.

All of the flat dishes had very visible…
All of the flat dishes had very visible glaze bubbles on top. Also the bottom of the dishes were very rough and could easily scratch the countertop

I was not happy with the size of the…
I was not happy with the size of the platters and bowls . I also had some marks on some them also and waiting to find out now how to return . I do tho love this set and have other pieces but not impressed with my last order with the platters and serving bowls which were extremely small !!

Great Customer Service Bad Product
Your customer service is great but the quality of the product is very low. Most of the pieces in the sets I ordered were chipped and/or discolored
