Amazing customer service! I ordered a set of 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates. and 4 bowls. The bowls were mishandled during transit and two were broken on arrival. I contacted customer service, not expecting much, and they made it right with very little extra effort on my part. Once they received the pictures of the broken bowls, they dispatched a new set! I love my stone+lain dishes and I am even more appreciative given the stellar customer service!

A few of the plates we ordered were damaged and replaced immediately! Contacting customer service and getting a response was easy and quick! I would recommend buying products from Stone + Lain!
