First, I would like to express my happiness for the design, quality, and value of the plates and bowls I purchased. They are amazing and add so much to our meals! My brother, who doesn't notice too many things, even said how nice the dishes were. The second is, to me, more meaningful than I can emphasize. When I received my new dishes, one had a chip in it. The package was packed so carefully with many protective layers, but I know these things happen. I sent customer service an email with an explanation and a picture of the chipped plate. The response email was instantaneous. They asked for the type and size of the plate and immediately sent me a tracking number for the new plate they sent! That's not where this ends. When I received the new shipment, they sent me four new plates! Incredible company! I give them 10 stars for their customer service! Thank you Thank you, Thank you!

A great experience with sold pricing. Customer service was excellent. Will buy from them again and recommend them whenever dishes need to be purchased again. 10 star easily!

The dinnerware color did not match the website even a little bit so that was extremely disappointing. They did provide me with a return label which was very nice but the response time wasn’t optimal. I also sent the tracking in which I never received a response or update about my refund.

I ordered plates from Stone Lain and one arrived with a dime size chip on the outer edge. I emailed customer service prepared to provide photo evidence. I received an email back the next day providing me with the FedEx tracking number for my replacement plate. No questions asked. Couldn’task for better customer service!

Stayed at an Airbnb and they had these plates, which I fell in love with. So I ordered two sets of them for myself. Great weight and quality.

We love our new dishes! Everything was packed so well and all 32 pieces arrived in perfect condition. I had a quick response to an email I sent prior to placing an order, with a prompt follow-through from the staff at Stone+Lain. My order was processed immediately and my dishes arrived in about a week. I highly recommend them! We ordered the 32 pc. Brasa stoneware set in light green.

I was disappointed that the plates did not come in pure white. None of the plates are the same color. I’m very picky about things like that but i’m too lazy to send it back. Really unfortunate. The plates not stacking well didn’t bother me as much as the color. We were so excited to get them.

Arrived quickly, packaged well. An unbelievable deal for plates of this quality. Love the design.
