You did exactly what you said you would…
You did exactly what you said you would do, exactly when you said you would do it. My only reservation is that the mugs are 10 ounces -- a bit bigger than I would've liked. But that was my error -- not yours.

Easily Scratch with utensils.
The dishes arrived in perfect condition. No damage. Great looking set. One issue had I known prior to purchasing is the dishes scratch easily. Tried to remove the scratches according to instructions listed on the website but to no avail.

All of the flat dishes had very visible…
All of the flat dishes had very visible glaze bubbles on top. Also the bottom of the dishes were very rough and could easily scratch the countertop
