They don't answer phone calls nor emails plus they falsely advertise pricing. Advertised at 49. Check out $96. Don't answer calls nor emails to cancel order. Needed to call Amex to dispute charges. Bad customer service and shady business practice ****Rebuttle to sellers response: I replied to the email 3x requesting cancelation but no response then offer 10% discount instead of canceling the order. It took me to threaten to report them to the Federal Trade Commission and FBI fraud to finally get the refund. The phone number on there contact page is bogus. They sit in China or off shore somewhere so beware... ****Reply- to potential customers reading this, if you chose to believe the Chinese Representative in their remarks, be my guest. Try calling their phone number on their Contact us Page and see how that goes for starters....Good luck **** REPLY*** Take me to court and see what the court's decide. Doubtful it would rule in your favor

Sorry, but let’s clarify the actual timeline and facts here. We received your cancellation request on May 14 at 7:56 AM and replied at 9:12 AM the same day asking for confirmation before processing anything. After that, we did not receive any reply from you. It is very likely our response went to your spam/junk folder, which unfortunately can happen sometimes. Instead of continuing communication, you immediately posted a 1-star review claiming we ignored you completely, which is simply not true. We replied to every email we received from you. Regarding the pricing: this is a customized product. The advertised base price is for the standard option, while upgraded materials and customization increase the total price. This is clearly reflected during checkout before payment is submitted. Most importantly: you suffered no financial loss at all. Once you confirmed you only wanted a refund and no longer wanted the order, we processed the refund for you. Despite this, you continued posting misleading accusations about our business. We understand frustration can happen with custom orders and email communication delays, but accusing us of fraud, fake business practices, and intentionally ignoring customers is unfair and completely inconsistent with the actual email records. ****Update: After reviewing the full conversation history, it is clear we answered this customer multiple times. Either the replies were ignored or went unseen, but claiming we “never responded” is false. We immediately offered assistance, confirmed the cancellation request, and ultimately issued a refund. The customer received their money back and did not receive any loss or damage. The customer also stated they would remove or update the review after the refund was completed, but instead continued leaving misleading statements and personal attacks unrelated to the actual transaction. We always welcome honest feedback, but we do not believe false accusations and exaggerated claims are fair to small businesses or future customers trying to understand the real situation.

When I was coming across this company, I was kind of leery on how the product would’ve come out. I had never done anything like this, but I had high hopes that it was gonna turn out well. I ordered the steering wheel cover and got the wrong color but worked with the customer service to get a replacement, who was very responsive and easy to work with. When the new one came in it was the exact color that I wanted and matched the vehicle very well. When it came time to installing the steering wheel cover, it’s not the easiest process but very doable. I would highly recommend taking off your steering wheel to do this because it made everything a lot easier. Once everything got onto steering wheel I had no problems stitching it together. I’m super happy with this company with how they did business and their covers are excellent quality. I will be doing business with them in the future.

This is a review of their customer service, not the product. I don't have the product yet. I was interested in ordering multiple of the same steering wheel cover/wrap, and asked if they'd offer a discount for doing so. They told me yes, and provided a discount code. That seemed like good customer service, until I went to put in the code they provided me, and noticed that they system automatically give the 12% discount they offered. When I pointed this out, they initially replied with the exact same email they sent the first time. However, since initially reviewing them with 2 stars, they did reach out and offer an additional discount. They also apologized for repeating the same email, and explained that there was an error in their system that resulted in the “automatic discount”.
