Do not get this
First of all customer service is non-existent. I tried to put this cover on my 2015 Honda Civic Si while the wheel was in place, nearly impossible especially in the summer heat. I took the steering wheel off and popped the air bag clock spring so had to order that. The actual cover was cut too short in areas and didn't tuck in so all the areas where it needs to be tucked in are already coming out and eventually the steering wheel cover will look like garbage. I would not recommend this for my style of steering wheel. It may be good for others but it was a pain and took several hours to complete. I was meticulous and it still turned out terrible. Do not waste your money like I did.

They don't answer phone calls nor emails plus they falsely advertise pricing. Advertised at 49. Check out $96. Don't answer calls nor emails to cancel order. Needed to call Amex to dispute charges. Bad customer service and shady

I replied to the email 3x requesting cancelation but no response then offer 10% discount instead of canceling the order. It took me to threaten to report them to the Federal Trade Commission and FBI fraud to finally get the refund. The phone number on there contact page is bogus. They sit in China or off shore somewhere so beware...

Sorry, but let’s clarify the actual timeline and facts here.
We received your cancellation request on May 14 at 7:56 AM and replied at 9:12 AM the same day asking for confirmation before processing anything. After that, we did not receive any reply from you. It is very likely our response went to your spam/junk folder, which unfortunately can happen sometimes.
Instead of continuing communication, you immediately posted a 1-star review claiming we ignored you completely, which is simply not true. We replied to every email we received from you.
Regarding the pricing: this is a customized product. The advertised base price is for the standard option, while upgraded materials and customization increase the total price. This is clearly reflected during checkout before payment is submitted.
Most importantly: you suffered no financial loss at all. Once you confirmed you only wanted a refund and no longer wanted the order, we processed the refund for you. Despite this, you continued posting misleading accusations about our business.
We understand frustration can happen with custom orders and email communication delays, but accusing us of fraud, fake business practices, and intentionally ignoring customers is unfair and completely inconsistent with the actual email records.

After reviewing the full conversation history, it is clear we answered this customer multiple times. Either the replies were ignored or went unseen, but claiming we “never responded” is false.
We immediately offered assistance, confirmed the cancellation request, and ultimately issued a refund. The customer received their money back and did not receive any loss or damage.
The customer also stated they would remove or update the review after the refund was completed, but instead continued leaving misleading statements and personal attacks unrelated to the actual transaction.
We always welcome honest feedback, but we do not believe false accusations and exaggerated claims are fair to small businesses or future customers trying to understand the real situation.

5 months, no item, No communication
I ordered a cover for my BMW steering wheel back in October 2025. Account charged, order confirmation email received. I have sent emails, reached out on FB, called and left messages. Nothing communications back. It February 2026, I am yet to receive my item, I am not even sure how to get a refund.

Professional Installation Required
If you are not a professional installer, do not buy a steering wheel cover from Stitchcover. To get it to fit right, you will most likely need to take the steering wheel apart and risk setting off the airbag. I followed the provided instructions and spent several hours stitching only to figure out that the finish product was not a perfect fit as they claim. I should have known something was up when it I saw double-sided tape in the box, which is not something that is shown in the installation videos I watched online. Unfortunately once you've opened the box and started installing it, you're not going to get a refund. I just wasted $100. If you like taking a huge risk and possibly end up throwing it and your money away, go ahead and order one. Maybe you'll have a better experience than me.

We have stated in the manual instruction that the double sided tapes are unnecessary, yes our video on youtube usually don't use it, we only use it when it comes to long spokes or the leather is not even. And please understand this is highly customized, everyone's cover is unique in the world, as long as you give it time, it will be good

This is possibly the worst thing I've ever purchased. I'm pretty competent when it comes to solviing problems, but this thing is just junk. It does NOT install easily...I've finally given up and will buy something else. Worthless...do NOT buy.
