StitchingcoverReviews of stitchingcover.com

The company is a Total *** Fraud *** Do Not Buy From this company !!! They represent themselves as a USA based company, when in reality they’re in China. They will take your money and never ship you the product. And you can totally forget about a refund, kiss your hand earned money goodbye!

Ordering shipping and receiving was great. Product was very nice instead of me doing it. Which I'm 64 years old, I enlisted the help of a friend that was very good in sewing and she put it on for me, it's beautiful better than expected.

Good product, happy with the final result. The faux leather is comfortable and supple enough that the finger grips on my vintage 70s wheel are still there after. Four stars for two reasons - one I was sent one with the wrong dimensions initially, but customer service were on it and sent a new correct one reasonably quickly. Secondly, the installation is not as easy as advertised. Threading twists and knots easily until you get the hang of it (but the videos online are sped up and have no instructions... not super helpful!) and it does take a solid couple of hours to do right. If they can fix their instructional videos and let people know the timeframe for installation I think customers would be happier in the end.

I’d give it no stars if I could. I think all their reviews on their website must be fake given I can’t actually provide a review for my purchased custom wheel cover. The installation is FAR from easy. Customers should know they’ll be stuck in their cars for hours and still be unsuccessful with installation. The string continuously twists up and knots. It’s impossible to keep all strings tight. They even twist up right as you get your loop tight, and pulling it tight just rips the seam. Literally an awful, awful experience. You’ll get a few loops done then end up with a birds nest that you’ll spend about 30 min untangling only to get a loop or two finished to wind up with yet another birds nest. Awful, awful experience. EDIT 7/13/26 - increasing my rating to 3* as the company offered to send another cover without my request. I thank them for trying to make things right.

I was informed of the status of my order from day 1. Photos were emailed to me before the item was shipped out. Very happy with the product.

First of all customer service is non-existent. I tried to put this cover on my 2015 Honda Civic Si while the wheel was in place, nearly impossible especially in the summer heat. I took the steering wheel off and popped the air bag clock spring so had to order that. The actual cover was cut too short in areas and didn't tuck in so all the areas where it needs to be tucked in are already coming out and eventually the steering wheel cover will look like garbage. I would not recommend this for my style of steering wheel. It may be good for others but it was a pain and took several hours to complete. I was meticulous and it still turned out terrible. Do not waste your money like I did.

exceptional service and follow up…. timely replies and help with my special requests. excellent product. customer service is excellent.

The customer service is very very good and responsive. Even answering my questions when I tried installing the cover months after my purchase.
