I got a cover for my 2018 BMW X3 . The cover came and I started to install it at the bottom. It fit pretty good, so I continued. When I got to the top the cover was way off . I got a Email from Customer Service asking about my opinion, so I took pictures and sent them . To my surprise the guy said to take measurements and to photograph them and send them to him . He saw how the top fit and said he would make a custom cover designed for my measurements. As of now I gave 4 stars two for the quality of the cover and 2 for Customer Service. It’s been a week now and I haven’t heard back yet so when I hear back and receive the new one I’ll update my review and hopefully soon I can give it 5 stars . Edit : 10/7/2026 I recently received the new custom wheel cover and it came very fast . I finally had the time to install it and it was a perfect fit ! Thank You For Your prompt Response!

I ordered a steering wheel cover for a Subaru Crosstrek. The cut had all kinds of loose ends hanging off that cannot be sewn down or tucked under something on the wheel. Return process was a little more difficult than it should have been, but ultimately got it done.

4th wrap I’ve ordered now, won’t be the last. First one arrived incorrect to what I requested but the team was quick to correct their mistake and sent another free of charge. Also didn’t request I stuff around with returning the incorrect one which was much appreciated. Correct wrap was perfect and fit well

The steering wheel cover is top notch quality. When installed it looked and felt like OEM. My vehicle is a 2006 Jeep wrangler. It only had the standard option steering wheel. This new cover updated the entire look. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something better than parts store crap. My one only suggestion is to remove the the Airbag cover and possibly the cover or two from the arms. That helps tremendously. The advertisement videos are done by professionals making it look extremely easy.

I have bought 2 of there steering wheel covers. The second had some fitment issues, I contacted the company. They said very quickly they were going to send out a replacement. They have excellent customer service, thank you stitchingcovers. Com.

I was exploring wheel covers on line, and found stitching cover. Their ad is excellent, great photos and easy to follow directions for ordering your custom wheel cover. Excellent material selection and seemed knowledgeable. I placed my order, Black Alcantara leather with black suede sides and orange stitching. They contacted me about the diameter of the wheel, and not long after, my order arrived. Very well packaged, excellent materials and workmanship ( fit perfectly).It took me two weeks to find the time to install it.Their directions are well written, and there's a website for support. You don't have to remove your wheel, but I did for a more precise fit.( If you have an airbag wheel, I recommend you carefully research how to remove it.) They send a nylon tuck tool to ease installation. Everything you need comes with the cover. I have a 2000 Ford F150 Harley-Davidson edition truck, so I got the black wheel with orange stitching. ( I also recommend using gloves, because the thread can wear your fingers/ hands out quickly, as you have to pull the stitching tightly for a factory look). The previous owner of my truck was a nervous driver that wrenched the factory leather wheel and it was very loose. The new cover is tight, beautiful, and feels thicker and sportier. It is beautiful and now I have a customized factory wheel. It's like driving a new vehicle. I have two more vehicles that I will definitely add a cover to eventually. Great product, great team and I'm a very happy customer!( Easy to install if you have basic automotive skills, but a local upholstery shop can handle it if you think it's too much...once I got my rhythm, it took about 2 hrs total, and I'm a novice)

I have ordered 3 covers so far and all have needed to be made more than one time, to make a good fit. That sounds bad but these guys are dedicated to making it right. So far, I am generally happy with the experience and very happy with the end product.
