Difficult Returns
I ordered a steering wheel cover for a Subaru Crosstrek. The cut had all kinds of loose ends hanging off that cannot be sewn down or tucked under something on the wheel. Return process was a little more difficult than it should have been, but ultimately got it done.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the cover we sent was the correct model for your order. When you contacted us about the fitment and mentioned that some areas did not have stitching, we asked for photos of your steering wheel and the cover installed on the wheel so we could identify the issue. However, we only received photos of the cover itself. Based on those photos, the areas without stitching were intentional tuck-in sections designed to be inserted underneath the steering wheel trim, rather than loose or unfinished edges. The cover itself appeared to be made correctly. Without photos showing the cover fitted on your steering wheel, we unfortunately could not determine whether your steering wheel was different from the expected version or identify another fitment issue. Nevertheless, as you preferred not to continue with the installation and requested a return, we accepted the return and processed it according to our standard return procedure. We’re sorry the installation did not work out for you and appreciate your feedback.
