Very prompt response for queries and a very clear process overall

When I called they were smart and fast and helped me out.

Sterling requested additional documentation for employment verification. All were provided and I even spoke with multiple people to make sure and sent even more documentation to said people who assured me they were sending it all to the reviewers. It was not and wasn't even acknowledged once the review was complete.

My experience with Sterling was really exceptional and efficient. Complete transparency and accountability were delivered by Sterling towards the employee and employer, respectively. The Sterling portal is the most convenient and user-friendly portal for the employee to upload any documents, making the whole experience hassle-free. Seeking support from Sterling representatives was a refreshing experience, and I would like to thank and appreciate Sterling representative Susan Crocker and team for the amazing service.

There was a personal circumstance that was difficult to map to the process questions, but with one e-mail, it was resolved in lighting speed, with a friendly customer service response! It felt good to know the helpdesk was there and caring!

I called Sterling after I received notice that they needed additional information to complete my background information. The individual customer service agent at Sterling was very helpful in explaining the background check process. I submitted the additional information immediately. Sterling came back via email and confirmed my information was received. A day later Sterling confirmed my background check had been completed and the information was submitted to perspective employer. I say thank to Sterling for your assistance. Henry Cruz
