Went past the expected date as was fist…
Went past the expected date as was fist stated and now I'm awaiting to start my employment due to this error. Not on person caught this error until I called and made them aware. As this affects my income and livelihood I am very disappointed.

Kindness is always necessary
People based upon our disposition can tell who we are and what kind of day we are having. We also have the ability to make a honest hearted individual's day or hurt it. I could tell, with the person who helped me that she was doing her best, and I appreciated that.

No sense company
request professional documents from 8 to 6 years ago, that sounds a bit excessive. Also this professional doc' are irrelevant with the position that I applied. (different job) They just follow their process, even when it does not make sense.
