These people have no clue how to do their job. They don't do any research or lookup companies when they move etc.. They email you with requests that they can do and find.? What kind of investigation of background company is this. Humana uses them for background check. Like others who have commented they ask for W2's which idk if it's legal in my state, and the lady who called was from India. If you are taking on the phone, don't hire someone who can't speak English and 99 % of people have no clue what they are saying..?

Big Scam, They are working as a third party backchecks. Horrible queries every day even I have provided all the reference all the employer details, pay stubs. Now they start crossing the limits and asking for T4,s which are having SIN details. they have call center outside Canada all the emails come with abroad time stamp so more chances my private details go in wrong hand. Stay away from them go direct with your HR. If they are handling your case most chance your dream job lost.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Luckily I didn't give other info and I blocked them and all, but they are sketchy and I had even recieved verification from my ACTUAL employer that I was finished with .y employment verification.

This is more or less a scam service. It's simple for them, if you don't give them access to an ex employer, you just have to send them a bunch of personal information like W-2s and paystubs - IN OPEN EMAIL! They have no secure upload feature. They said, "You can black out as much as you want as long as you leave your name, company name, and dates." Really? First, who is going to go through all that redacting, and then, after that is done, have you really verified anything?

Seriously shady company, requires acceptance of background checks without even being able to read a document, then states many more checks that are required (including neighbors, social media, etc) that were not stated originally. STAY AWAY

Please train your employee. They called me for a background check of a previous co-worker. They called twice and the lady and gentleman are very unprofessional - They asked questions in a strong accent and spoke like mumbling. It gave you a feeling like they did't know what they were doing.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. IF THIS COMPANY IS DOING THE BACKGROUND CHECK FOR YOUR NEW JOB, CHANCES ARE,YOURE SCREWED. THEY EMAIL YOU CONSTANTLY TO DO The things that THEY are hired to do! How hard is it to verify employment? Why on earth can't you just google the address and call them yourselves?? You need all my w2 forms for every year?? Who really keeps all that?? This place is a joke.
