Good customer service

The agent her self was good she was helpful only to see if the alternate place was open. What I have a problem with is the original address of the testing place that was emailed to me was no longer there or was not open or had there phone disconnected. That is when I had to call the agent to locate another location to go to. This other location would not pick up there phone. I wanted to make a appointment so I don't pee in my pants. When I got there, there was other patients ahead of me that was able to make a appointments. And I had a 30 min wait before they where able to get to me. I wasn't able to hold it in for that long, I left the room to pee behind the building because there was no restroom in the waiting room . After that I had to drink more water to ensure that I had to go. When they called me to go in , about another 15 minutes. yes I was ready to go but I pee'd clear at that time because of all the water I drank. It looked like water. Now I'm wondering how is my test results going to come back. This is very important to me. And I would gladly take it again with a appointment ...
