Great experience contacting my agent as well as client services over my employment review and screening process. Was upfront with me and answered all questions that I had pertaining to my process with them. I was very impressed of how well mannered they presented all information.

Disappointed that the "residence dates" are not properly programed in the system, which is why I had to contact support staff for help. The customer service guy was only minimal help and seemed confused why the dates were erroring too. I ended up working around the issue on my own while on the phone and told him I was good. Gotta make sure your site is programmed to accept the entry fields you are requesting. :-(

I wanted to fax my forms over, but there was no answer. So I called and customer service was friendly and helpful. I was told to send them in another way.
