Very frustrated. I have spent hours upon hours trying to complete my background check. I made several calls to receive assistance, only to be disconnected time and time again. I received an email this morning saying the I.T. department is looking into the problem. I will not be able to start my new job due to this.

Had a problem with a link opening and the gentleman knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it quickly, and was polite and professional the whole time.

Couldn’t open the link normally in any browser I tried (Safari or Chrome) but customer support on the phone was extremely helpful and I got it done. Thank you again to the gentleman that assisted me!
