I uploaded all of my tax documents into their system even though it was optional, I thought it would make the process smoother. Every other day, I received an email asking me to send w2s or pay stubs. Do they even try contacting the companies or looking up documents that are provided to them?

I called regarding a link to Sterling to start my background check. The link to the site was not providing me with an option to create a user id and/or password but rather generated a source code of some kind. The agent I spoke to at first wanted me to send a screen shot. I advise that all I had was a source code. I called again to another agent who professionally advised me that he wanted to contact the support team. He tried but I believe they had left. He politely told me that it would be the following day to have someone resolve the issue I am experiencing.
