Great place to have your background checked. I had to call for help with a form. The person I talked to was very nice but hard to understand. I did have to have them repeat a few things.

I used Concentra medical clinic because I have used my Military retirement benefits to apply for CDL school. On my initial visit to start my DOT physical application. I was greeted very kindly by the staff, they were extremely through and was able to answer all my question without having to go find the answers. I waited a bit, but I understood with the amount of foot traffic they were experiencing. I waited about one hour and a half. Once my packet was up for processing, they were very diligent with getting me back and starting me through the DOT physical and urine analysis portion. Mrs. Rita was super nice and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Once I got into see the doctor, I think I waited about 10 minutes until the doctor came in. She too was straight to business and very comfortable to work with. The professionalism I experienced at the clinic was second to none. Once I got the email to receive my results, I did not have a password, so I called and the gentleman was super nice and was able to help me in a very professional manner. Thank you for having a system that is NOT broke.

Excellent screening process. Very easy to follow.

It was a simple process, however, my address auto filled and I was unable to go back and correct it. Maybe have an option to go back into the document to make corrections.
