I was unable to login due to not being on Google chrome, which I learned after contact "support". I think it should pop up as a suggestion when a customer is having trouble logging in instead of excessively suggesting that the customer has enter the wrong login information. The support representative I spoke to was efficient and easily located my issue. He was also very patient with me, I appreciate that.

I thought it was a good experience, but a bit confusing not knowing that you had to separately put in the order for both the urine screen and labs. The technician was great to go ahead and do my labs after my urine specimen was collected. She just me to go back to the machine and put in for my labs. It would be great to have a sign above the machines stating exactly what you need to do.
