Sterling, A First Advantage CompanyReviews of sterlingcheck.com

Sterling rep was awesome and very helpful! He totally walk me throw my problems. Again thank you

They do not speak English very well and they transferred me to several different people and STILL didn't resolve my issue.

Very Professional and Thorough.

Top notch professionals who helped clear up incorrect information associated with my persona. Every company should be using Sterling to screen their applicants.

She helped me out with what I needed to know, very respectful

Very helpful customer service. Solved my problem quickly and made sure I was good to go before ending the call.

Had to call the Sterling phone number when my drug-screening place couldn't see me for over a week. I was pleasantly surprised how fast Amy (Sterling rep that picked up) knew who I was and got my into another location. Thanks Amy!

This place knows customer service, was very responsive and contacted me every step of the way. They also made sure to follow up with me when everything was complete!
