Sterling on the request of my hiring agent sent to me paperwork to complete drug test. Providing specific clinic address and hour of operation including fax and telephone#. The issue is that the paperwork arrived on a weekend but Monday I learned, by calling the clinic that non of them accept walk in testing clients and I need to make appointments a week in advance. The paper that was sent to me was giving me 3 business days. No mention that I started the job Monday and was tied up at new job until 3:00 pm every day. I would be please is the company take in consideration actual availability of the appointments when setting the deadlines. Thank to my hiring agent who extended the due date.

During the filling out all the information needed to comply with all that was required it doesnt explain that you need to save or download the form SSA-89 so at the end when I needed to browse and download it to the system I couldnt accomplish it because I didnt download to my computer so the system doesnt let you finish and thats when I had to call for assistance. I had to go back again, download it and fill it out again because when u save it to ur computer it saves in a blank copy so u have to fill it again.

spoke to rep last night they wanted me to have drug test done in two days ,but the Labcorp by me is booked until end of next week. ask the sterling rep if I could go to another Labcorp he said yes as long as it is Labcorp. unfortunetly for me its a 45 minute drive from my house in another county. Rep didn't seem to really want to help me. I am fifty years old and this is the first time I have ever in my life had to take a drug test for a new employer. This company did not make this task easy for me, has added a lot of stress for I do not know the area in where the Lab is.

And now another “supervisor” called Solomon Raj asking me to do illegal things, I am so fed up of their constant uneducated bs that I will have no choice but post their scamming business on web and take legal actions against them. They are not a proper back ground check company and are a bunch of really unprofessional and stupid people who will screw you over for their lack of knowledge
