DON'T EVER USE STERLING FRAUD COMPANY. I'm going to put this case to court and claim a fraud done by sterling . Sterling charged me £ 47 for DBS chek related to my Uber eats Account. By someone's fault not mine, Sterling is messing up the date of birth of Uber drivers because they can just keep the money and don't want to ammend to the actual date of birth. They blocked my Uber account afterwards and then they are just redirecting me from one to another. Sterling is working with Uber together and robbing people by that way of operating. They change the date of birth to a wrong one and then they claim they cannot do anything about it . 100 % FRAUD wich is going to Court and I would want Sterling to Explain to the Court why they are doing this . I will ask my solicitor to ask about Highest Compensation possible and I do PRAY TO GOD Sterling Company become Bankrupt ASAP. BECAUSE THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

Honestly I've had a problem ever since I started my applications. The background check takes way too damn long and it tells me that I never finished it. But I have finished them. I even screenshot the final page. But my employer tells me that I didn't finish it. Seriously. This is a hassle.

I called Sterling regarding my drug screening. The ePassport expired within a few hours and I explained that hl the representative. He immediately put me through to a department that handles this and explained it wiukd be taken care of right away. After a 2 second delay, I was transferred to a very nice and helpful woman that took care of the issue for me and had the updated paperwork in my email within seconds. Problem solved. They were great. Too bad all customer service department don't operate in such a professional and efficient manner. Thank you Sterling!

Very slow, it has been over 10 days that I received my DBS but sterling Direct still has report pending. Update: Initially rated as 1 star Issue is now resolved and I was reassured that it wasn't their fault and I am happy the way Sterling has handled my complaint. They have emailed and called me to resolve the issue. Thank you Sterling

very hard to get a hold of someone. one time phone system was down and i kept getting disconnected without even being able to talk to a rep. it should be easier to contact your rep in case of questions or if you need help.
