I was very excited to have the opportunity to work for Fresh Market her in Johnson City, Tennessee so I quickly completed my background check information for Sterlling and after hitting "submit" my computer did something strange and "form failed to submit" flashed upon my screen. I could not find a way to get back to the info to resend and I panicked. Called the number and was immediatley connected to representative Ram. He immediately took charge and made me feel like the most important person in his world as he worked to find the form. A brief moment on hold and he was back with a confirmation number and assured me all was well. What a relief! Quick and easy just like it should be when one is anxious and looking for help.
